Very nice facility but bit pricey

The room and facility were excellent and the staff were also quite helpful and courteous. Swimming pool and other facilities were very good. Nice location.

It is quite far from the island touring locations and therefore takes a lot of time to travel through the touring company provided transit facilities. Private transfers are quite costly. Breakfast options were not so great for the price of the room.

The price was really good first of all.

The price was really good first of all. We paid 7200THB for a four night stay. And we got really great value for our money. From the second we arrived til we left the property we always received a friendly Sawadee Kráp/ká when seeing a member of staff. Always helpful. Our luggage was 2 days late (thank you Qatar Airways!) which they helped is with and even carried up to our room when we weren't at the hotel. Speaking of the room. It was huge! 57 sq.m. Bed was very comfortable with two large pillows each. A large balcony came with the room and it had a bathtub on it(!). Breakfast was served in a small café which during higher season might be crowded. This wasn't a problem for us. The staff even apologised for this and told us their building a bigger place to serve breakfast. They also provide massage in your room for a decent price (I think it was 500THB/hour) Two large pools, a very well equipped fitness centre and a library are also facilities at this lovely place. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Honestly, we have no complaints. The location may not be the absolutely best. But it's like a 10 minute motorbike ride to the beach. That's not worth complaining about in my opinion.

Lovely hotel, good for families and couples. Be prepared to supplement your own breakfast,

The bed was really comfy, rooms are all suites and spacious. Beautifully decorated throughout!

Breakfast is from a set menu of small portions, quite disappointing.

Great property, with beautiful and modern condos. A genuine pleasure to stay here.

The location is a little out of the way, Rawai beach itself seems a little left behind in the grand scheme of things in Phuket. If you want to get to Patong or Phuket old town, it's quite a scooter ride.

Great design, clean apartment, great facilities, honestly the star of our trip (and we stayed in 5 star hotels before trying out this property). If we were to go back to Phuket, we'd just book this single place.

The place was incredible. We flew to Phuket after 5 days in Bangkok so we were looking for a quiet place to just chill. the location was away for the main tourists areas but this is exactly what we were looking for. There are a few shops walking distance so that was perfect. Also quite a few scooter rentals which is what most people had in that area. The apartment was spacious, the shower worked very well as well as the A/C and the wifi. It was definitely worth the money.

I genuinely liked everything. It was perfect for what I wanted. The location was a little out so please check this before booking. This was a plus for us but if you need to go to the tourist areas then this might not be the place for you.

A very good apparents hotel

Big clean swimming pools. Big, we'll furnished room. Location is good but you better rent a car or a scooter to get around. Staff is very attentive. Comfy bed. Larg walk-in shower. Good amenities.

Lights in the room are too dim, we had to purchase stronger light bulbs to make it better..

Lovely staff, amazing room, loved the bath on the balcony, facilities are great. Only 10 minutes by car to beautiful beaches. Loved that I could cook and make food. Highly recommend.

The staff need new and more modern uniforms, the cafe staff look like they work in a hospital I know that's a weird thing to say, but thought I'd point it out.

Nice place to stay but location may be a bit far from many points of interests.

The property was very clean: the pools, gym, and the room. The staff were friendly and courteous. I liked that they had a free shuttle to Nai Harn at 1000 and return shuttle to the property at 1500 and Promethap Cape at 1700 with return back to the property at 1900. The pools were immaculate as well as the gym. It was also nice they have bikes, which we were not able to take advantage of. It was also nice that we had microwave, a big fridge, and washing machine in the unit. The dining table fit us perfectly (family of five).

When I booked this place, I thought it advertised for "all day breakfast buffet." When we got there, we were informed that breakfast is "ala carte," not buffet and that it is only from 8 am to 2 pm. Very disappointing. They had 7 different breakfast sets, which were not that appealing. Also, if you have an early day trip excursion such as city tour or island hopping, you have to order a "take away" breakfast before 8 pm the night before. Otherwise, no breakfast until 8 am. Most day trip excursions pick up clients from the hotel way before 8 am. The location is a bit far from the night markets, Kata Beach, restaurants, massage (though they offer massage in the premises).

Amazing place

The best property I ever stayed at. The place is very modern and clean and the bath on the balcony was amazing. Washing machine in the suite was very convenient. Staff were very friendly. Pool is also nice.

The location of this property is not great if you like exploring on foot.

Overall we were happy with our stay.

The Bed and PIllow's were very comfortable. The complimentary large bottles of water every day were great and unexpected. The hours for breakfast were great as they were from 7am - 5pm. The reception ladies were helpful with organising restaurant and large group bookings. Plenty of secure parking if you hire a car or scooter.

We accidentally broke a plate and they wanted to charge us 250 baht to replace. This seemed quite expensive. We also had 4 days in a row where the fire alarms went off in the night and early morning as another guest was smoking in there room, there seemed to be no way to get this person to stop smoking, and it interrupted our sleep many times.

Modern and cozy stay !

Interior of the place and room was well thought and done. Sauna and pools were clean. There was a free shuttle service and headphone with data for use which made our trip super convenient! The kitchen utensils were complete. Water Heater was working well. The beds were super comfy. My fav part of the room. Overall the room was spacious for dining and relaxing.

There should be a curtain for the balcony area or the bathtub should be placed inside the room instead for privacy purpose. The room service was disappointing. We had to approach Front desk to exchange for fresh towels. The location is pretty far out so expect to pay a hefty charge to get transport from airport to the apartment.
